Nature of services

MDM’s client services are limited to corporate strategy, business development and commercial and operational advisory. No engagement includes investment advice, investment management, arranging investments, investor introductions, receipt of client money or execution of investment transactions.

Principal investments

References to principal investments describe decisions made solely by MDM for its own account using its own balance-sheet capital.

Principal investments are not services offered to clients and are not invitations for any person to invest with, through or alongside MDM. MDM does not accept investment subscriptions, pooled capital, investment mandates or client money.

Regulatory status

MDM Capital Consultancy is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. MDM does not offer regulated investment services.

No offer or solicitation

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, invitation, inducement, personal recommendation or solicitation to acquire, dispose of or participate in an investment. No person should make an investment decision in reliance on website content.

No relationship created
